We’re Lugh&Piv. This policy covers our Android games that link to this page. If a game links to its own privacy policy, that policy applies instead.

Playing our games

You can play offline without a Lugh&Piv account. Your progress and settings are saved on your device. Games covered by this policy have no advertising, and we don’t add separate analytics or crash-reporting tools. We do not sell your personal information.

Google cloud saves

Some of our games offer optional Google Play Games cloud saves. In games with this feature, enabling it sends your progress, relevant gameplay preferences and save details to Google Play Games so you can restore them or continue on another device. This requires an internet connection and a Google Play Games account.

In games using Google Play Games, Google may sign you in automatically based on your settings. It provides the game with a player ID and may provide your gamer name and profile image. We never receive your Google password. Your cloud saves are stored through Google, not on a separate server run by us.

Google Play Games also collects service analytics and diagnostics. Google Play and Android may process download, purchase and device information. See Google’s Privacy Policy and its Play Games data information for details. Google encrypts Play Games data in transit.

Managing your data

In games with cloud saves, you can turn off syncing in the game. This does not delete existing saves or disable Google’s own sign-in and service data collection.

Clear the game’s app storage or uninstall it to delete local saves. To delete cloud saves, follow Google’s instructions for deleting game data. These are separate copies: deleting one does not delete the other. Turn off syncing on your devices before deleting cloud data; syncing retained local progress later can upload it again.

Local saves remain until replaced or deleted. Google controls retention and deletion within its services.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this to respond and help with your request. Our email provider handles these messages, and we keep them only as long as needed for support or legal obligations. We limit access to people who need it.

Children and policy updates

Where available, Google Play Games follows Google’s account eligibility rules and parental controls. If a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can help remove it.
